Returns & Exchanges
All SALE and ‘on offer’ items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly issue an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. The shipping cost will be covered by the customer. All goods sold and delivered are NON-REFUNDABLE.
We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt free of charge. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned in one package. All exchange shipments are made using the same service as the original delivery. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times from one order.
